Return Policy

You can return or exchange your eligible Famalth products within 14 days.*

For the packaged personal care product, the original labels must be intact and the packaging must remain unopened. All returns and exchanges must be made in the country of purchase.

*Return Shipping: We'll cover the return shipping costs, but original shipping fees are non-refundable.

*Final Sale Items: Final Sale items, including gift cards, certain products or accessories, and any items marked as final sale on our website or in Famalth retail stores, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Outlet Store Return Policy

Full-price and excess inventory products can be returned within 15 days. Products can also be returned if they are in their original packaging. Outlet returns must be made at the outlet locations where the items were purchased.

Note: Sales of some products (if its is mentioned in the product page) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Legal Notes:

Improper Purchasing & Returns Activity: Our return policies are designed for end consumers. Purchasing products for resale or engaging in fraudulent activities is prohibited. Famalth reserves the right to take action, including suspending return rights, restricting sales, canceling orders, or closing accounts if improper activity is detected.

Right to Reject or Cancel Orders: We reserves the right to limit, decline, or cancel any sales, returns, or orders at its discretion. If an order is canceled, we will refund any amount received from the customer.

Gift Exchanges

Received the wrong product? No problem! Gifts can be exchanged within 15 days. Just follow the return process using your order number, found on the shipping label or gift note.

Online and Retail Returns

We offer free returns both online and in-store (excluding Outlet purchases—see above). To return online, simply select your country and follow the steps. For in-store returns (if available), find your nearest location and connect with our executives!
