Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at help@famalth.com. Please note, returns must be sent to the address mentioned on your bill. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

For a faster exchange process, return the original item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

All electronic products (smart fitbands, electronic devices, etc.) and certain defined products are non-returnable. These items are only eligible for exchange, subject to applicable conditions.

Exchange Eligibility Conditions: Products eligible for exchange must meet one of the following conditions:

  • Defective Product: Manufacturing defect or not functioning as intended
  • Damaged on Arrival: Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong Item Delivered: Incorrect product received
  • Size/Fit Issue: Applicable only for eligible wearable products

All exchange requests must be supported with clear proof (images/videos).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund (minus applicable fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
