ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

STORE PICKUP:

Currently, we do not offer store pickup at this time. All orders will be shipped to the provided address.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local delivery is currently not available. We ship all orders via our standard courier partners.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days using trusted courier services across India.

• Shipping Fee: ₹69 for orders below ₹700.

• Free Shipping on orders ₹700 or above (after discounts).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We currently do not ship internationally.

Note: Additional charges apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments. Refer to your order details for more information.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. The full order amount will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at help@famalth.com with your order number and photos. We will review your case and assist accordingly.
